Welcome Back!
We can’t wait to see all of our students as we return from winter break. We know that students aren’t always ready to come back after such a long break. Please reinforce the importance of being on time to school every day. Please also review the school expectations (especially concerning tardiness, cell phones, headphones, iPads, etc.) You can click HERE to see our expectations under our five ideals.
Returning to school from winter break can be exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. If there is anything that you feel administrators or school counselors need to be aware of as your students return to school (including but not limited to anxiety, illness, or conflict with another student), please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Email is the best initial way to reach us with important information. Click HERE for our new quick contact page.
We will be meeting with each of our classes in the auditorium to welcome our students back and reinforce our expectations, and review all of our supports. We will also be introducing our new 9th assistant principal, Ms. Millner, to our 9th-grade classes.
We look forward to seeing you and starting off an outstanding 2026.
Happy New Year, and LET’S GO FALCONS!
End of MP2/Semester/Upcoming Days Off
Tomorrow we return to school for the unofficial second half of the school year. The official end of Marking Period 2 and Semester 1 is Wednesday, January 14. That means there is only a week and a half for students to ensure that their grades are in good shape.
Wednesday, January 14, is a student holiday and teacher workday.
Monday, January 19, is Martin Luther King Day. School is closed.
