Happening at Huguenot
I hope everyone has had a restful Memorial Day weekend. It’s amazing that we have finally reached the end of the school year.
Wednesday is an asynchronous day as Huguenot High School will be closed as we celebrate graduation. I would like to thank our teachers, students, and families for another wonderful year at Huguenot High School. While we will not know our official status until next fall, our current projections show us to be “on track” under the accreditation model. We are already beginning to plan for next school year and will communicate over the summer with opportunities for you to provide input. Here are dates:
**Graduation Wednesday May 28**
**Wednesday, May 28, Huguenot High School Building Closed**
**Underclassmen Awards Tuesday**
at 10AM in the HHS auditorium.
**2nd Annual Huguenot High School Field Day Thursday, May 29**
**Last Day of School**
The last day of school is Friday, May 30.
Have a great last week of school!
**Senior Updates**
Seniors, this morning is mandatory graduation practice. Failure to attend this practice will result in you not being able to participate in graduation. You must ride the bus with us both to and from the Siegel Center. You may not bring any bags/purses with you to the Siegel Center.
MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SENIOR GOOGLE CLASSROOM as there are multiple updates that have been added this week. Payment for the senior trip to Busch Gardens is due Thursday, May 15th.
End of Year Medication Pickup: All parents need to pick up all students' medication no later than May 30th at 4:30pm. If medication is not picked up, it will be discarded.
Distribution of Eye Glasses: Conexus will return Thursday, May 15th to distribute glasses to all of the students that have received them. If the student are absent that day, there will be ONE make up day about a week later. If the student is absent both days, glasses will be returned.
This evening, May 14th at 6:00 pm, Mr. Hedgepeth (our 4th District School Board member), and Mr. Jason Kamras, (RPS Superintendent) will be holding a virtual townhall for the 4th District which includes most of our Huguenot High School school zone. Click on this link: rmd.me/r9ju2Jnwwe3, at 6PM this evening to join the meeting.

Dressing For Success
Parents, please make sure to double-check the language in SCORE concerning school-appropriate dress. I have attached it to this message. Please double-check that your child has clothing that is appropriate for school.
